    Watch your step! The lender is noted as not playing by the rules. Are you doing a subject to or Equity Sharing????

    Actually this guy contacted me looking for help, I haven't dealt with him much because he is so far away from me. He's in CA, and I'm in GA, I just want to pass it on to someone who can help him and make a few pennies for doing so.
