Found Fannie Mae Owned Property, What Next?
Found a property in a highly desirable area (townhouse), and it's not listed yet with an agent. Fannie Mae owns it now. Is the ANY way to try and made a bid before they list it with an agent? Or do I just have to wait and fight the masses? Cant find a contact number or address, other than the main headquarters in Dallas TX.
If you can figure out who Fannie Mae lists their REOs with in that area you could contact the realtor and let him/her know you are interested in the property and to contact you as soon as they are contacted by Fannie Mae.
Otherwise there is nothing you can do until then.
