Foreclosureworld - ???
Has anyone used the services of foreclosureworld? They claim to have been in business for 10+ years, have updated listings every Friday, get REO and Foreclosure data from over 1200 banks, etc. for a one time $360 fee...gives you all 50 states, lifetime access, seller contact information, etc....

I signed up with them about 9 months ago and have not had any luck with their information. If you search goverment sites such as hud,va,irs,etc you will get the same information they provide only without the $$$$. Hope this helps.
Also, contacting Realtors in the area in which you are looking helps. They get bank foreclosure listings, and if they are signed up, can sell HUD & VA homes as well.
