That or the fact that it appears you only left 2 hours between your original post and the reply to yourself

See if you can't ask dataattack what he uses. I think he's in that area.

I was wondering this myself. I saw that they would give you a free trial for 30 days to use their service and then you would be charged but I am kinda skeptical about giving my info to them in fear that they might go ahead and charge my account the $. It showed several listing for my area and I wanted to do it because I am having a really heard time finding preforclosures at the county level. Still a bit skeptical though. Any ideas here in the central texas area?

Be carefule using any of these things. If you miss anything on the trial period, which usually is 30 days and then you have to send a written letter, informing them you want to cancel and if the letter isn't cretified, they may not read it and you are stuck. This is like anything else, buyer beware. Do your homework and if the thing is free, I found one like that once and the free one gave me liek 100 listings in my area, so I bought into the 30 day trial and when I did the search again, there were no results in my area all of the sudden...I was to say the least, upset. I then commenced to cancel my subscription to them and wound up paying ofr almost 3 months and then I finally got a hold of a rep on the phone and had to get quite rude with them and they still asked me why I wanted to cancel...I finally go that thing cancelled, but only after I paid 3 months on the subscription I never used..Always make sure you know what you are signing and how to get out of it if you decide to. Good luck

Yeah I am very skeptical. Just don't know of many places out there to find preforclosures in my area. I have tried the county offices with no help. I am stuck. I want to be careful though and not waste money on something that I could have used on another aspect like advertising. Thanks for the input.

    Thanks everyone

I will be very skeptical in the future and try to locate the properties the old fashion way, but holding down a job that takes out of town all week ,every week I was hoping to find a service that would be legitimate and help save me some time and provide the leads I needed

Too bad that is not possible, unless someone knows of a service they would be willing to suggest, that is?

Hey, I am a stay at home mom but I find it hard to find time to get out there and search for the properties and lists. I have a 1 year old who takes up a lot of time. There are a couple of good sites. Realtytrac is pretty good. Try something like that.
