Foreclosures Bend /Redmond Oregon

I was just wondering is there any one on this site doing anything with foreclosures in the Bend /Redmond Oregon area

As iam looking real hard at may be doing something in this area of Oregon

And would like to know if it is a good area to look in to i do know that there is a lot of shall we say invetory there

But i do not know if there is a lot of willing sellers mostly would be looking to do some sub - 2 stuff to start with i think
