How can you get intouch with a lender after foreclosure to purchase property without going through the realtor. Also, Is there a website that can give me the appraised value of the property without paying for it. :-?

What realtor? If you purchased the property at auction, why is there any realtor involved? Just find a lender, and have him arrange settlement with the trustee. You just show up at settlement, pay, and you're good to go.

Oh, most realt estate agents will do a comparitive analisys (comp) for free. Call up one or two, tell them you are thinking of listing the property with an agent and would like them to provide you with a comp. Compare two or three and you should have a good idea of what the retail value of the property is.
