    Hey jbpowers,

I am currently a member with them and have found I could have gotten the same information for free. just do a search on bank-owned properties, reo, hud, fanniemae, freddie mac, etc. all of these are on their site but you can get the info for free why pay the money. Sorry I did

I have to say that I am disappointed with them also. I paid a lot of money that I really didn't have to a service that didn't live up to it's expectations. My "mentor" only answered one of several e-mails that I sent. He covered some material more than once and some not at all. I never received promised materials either. I was told that the sessions would be from 30 minutes to an hour. I was lucky to get the 30 minutes out of him. Plus he was usually 15 minutes late for the phone call.

They guarantee that they will work with you for six months to a year to make sure that you get the money you invested in the course back. I just finished the mentoring session recently, so I'll see if they follow through with that promise as well.

I wish I would have checked them out before signing up with them.

I agree with you nitherwise. These guys are not worth the money. I see you went with the "mentor" route and soon realize that the mentorshop was no more than information that's maintained in most real estate books. Thought I was signing up for the $368 online viewing and ended up spending much more.

BTW, your so called mentor wasn't "Nathan", was it? LOL
