Foreclosure Websites

I've been looking around the web and have found several sites that offer lists of foreclosures across the US. Are these sites a good idea or a waste of money? What sites are better than others? Thanks

I say they are a waste. By the time you get them off their website (or magazine or newletter) they are old.

It only takes 5 minutes to swing by the recorders office, print them off and pay the $2. They are current and fresh.

You are probably standing inline next to the guy getting the info for the website!

    skyboy,

why not just subscribe to a legal paper as opposed to going to the recorders office?

just wondering if there is a monetary benefit to using the resources at the recorders office.

Not sure what the legal paper will cost you but I spend $2-3 every monday there.

I dont to a subscription thing because it not news by the time they print it ....its old. I beat everyone there because I know first.

Its also nice to get to know the people at the recorders office. Favors go a long way.
