Foreclosure Sites

I've seen tons of foreclosure sites advertising their listings for a fee. I was wondering if anyone has paid for those listings and are they (sites) all scams?

The sites your seeing do have lists but the question you have to ask is "why would I pay for something that i can get for free in the newspaper". The other problem with the sites are that some of them give information that is slightly dated. Case is point, friend signed up with one of the sites..payed the fees and got a list. Everything seemed great until he went to look into one of the homes to find out............you guessed it, already sold. My advise is to stick to the papers and the local court house. Its a little leg work and time consuming but worth it none the less. Then you can take the money you would have spent on the site and buy a pizza or something. That just my personal experience and some others on the site may have better experiences but I say, skip the websites and go straight for the pizza. Good luck

I bought many properties from listings on www.foreclosure.com. Two of my closings this year was from that site.
