Has anyone out there let thier home foreclose and then down the road buy another house(been able to get another mortgage?)
I have never let my home foreclosure but what I think you are asking here is if you get foreclosed on, are you eligible to get another mortgage down the road. The answer is yes. But I believe the waiting period is like 4 years.
