foreclosure properties in Hawaii
Hi I'm a real estate investor in the state of Hawaii (Oahu) and just started to learn about how to bid on foreclosure properties. At the Public Auction @ punchbowl, I notice there were properties that were not list on the Honolulu Advertiser Classifieds Ads -Foreclosure section for bidding. How can I get these lists? what other sources I can use besides the Honolulu Advertiser?

Glad to meet you.
I would check to see if their is a Legal Newspaper that prints this information, in a lot of areas there is such a publication.
When you are at auction look around to see what the investors there have for paperwork, publications etc., this may give you a heads up on what they use.
