Foreclosure Preforeclosure In Canada
I am looking for information on 0 down realistate investing in Canada. Specifically locating Foreclosure & Preforeclosure properties Use of Contract for Deed, Etc: It seems there is lots of info available for the US market but I am pretty sure that Canadian laws are not the same. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
