Foreclosure List
There are a million pay sites who supposedly give you foreclosure listings. Does anyone know exactly how these companies are compiling their lists short of visiting each court house in the country?

Foreclosures are always published in the legal section of the local newspaper where the property is located. It is very easy to compile a list .
I have the county court house send me a list of preforeclosures every month. As far as foreclosures go I use five realtors at the present time. Many times I get some properties before them because I have a list of banks and asset manager sites on the web. It took a long time to find what I have and keep on finding more. Go to BANK OWNED HOMES AND REO FORECLOSURES. This one has helped me the most because of all the sites listed here.
