Foreclosure In Ocala, Florida

I received a call from a distressed owner. Long story short, she contracted to buy 1/4 acre from Marco Polo Builders, she paid very little on the contract and now she needs to sell.

It is a 1/4 acre of vacant land. Apparently the lots around hers have been built up and the value of all of the lots have increased. I am working on 2 sceanrios. I buy it or someone else buys it.

She has about 15 days to sort this out. How do I figure out what the purchase price/offer should be given the pending foreclosure? Or can anyone suggest a course of action that will give us a little more time. The amount due now (mortgage and taxes) is approx 15K.

Any help would be appreciated
