Hi everyone, I need some serious help. I am a fairly new investor wannabe. I have been through the sheriffs sales website and others also.
How can you find other liens on the home?
Since they give you a time frame for coming up with the money, Is there any other way to get a loan for the rest? :-?

I would like to know if / and when the trustee makes the decision there is no equity , Is it after she files, and the bankrupucy is dismissed before I can proceed with the short sale. Not sure when I can proceed with the short sale, because I do believe there will be no equity in the property because of the repairs that are needed.
