I have been flipping foreclosed homes for the last 6 years. I will like to make a business proposal to get financing on starting my own real estate investment business. How do I go about developing a business proposal?

SCORE and the SBA can be hit or miss on the info they give.

I would find an attorney with a CPA designation and have the Business Plan reviewed or drafted for legal and tax accounting soundness prior to submission to a funding source.
Perhaps an attorney/CPA who sits on the board of a financial institution.
