Foreclosure Financial Data

Can you obtain the financial information on a foreclosed property as far as the equity is concerned from websites or do you have to go through a title search to get that information. On a second note, does everyone get a title on preforeclosed properties before moving forward????

to buy the property I would go through the sales in the neighborhood. To bid on the property I would go by the condition of the house and the costs of the repairs. I always get the title work done, but I have access at no cost to me.

If the original homeowner can pay the bank then what makes you think that they will pay you when you sell it back to them?

Why not just buy the property below market value then sell your position in the contract to the investor? or just have the investor buy the property outright and pay you some kind of finders fee or consulation fee?[ Edited by JohnLocke on Date 11/08/2005 ]
