Foreclosure Assistance Brochures

Does anyone have anything that I can leave with homeowners like a Foreclosure Assistance brochure? I remember seeing someone talking about free foreclosure assistance brochures somewhere here, but cannot find it now.

Thanks

    Great idea!
I have been thinking along that line. I was in a drycleaners and asked if I could post a sign. A small 3" x 3" ' We Buy Houses' sign. She let me. That started me thinking and looking. I saw a small 'stand' with folded flyers in it. "Take a Florida Vacation" the flyer said. So why cant I go around and put these same 'stands' up and try to draw some leads from them? Take a look. Next time you are in a pizza place or most any small buisness and you will notice them. I will see if I can find any info on the 'stands', the flyers can be done on a home P.C. and printed out.
    Just a thot

    Hi Joe,

You have some really good ideas, thank you for sharing them.

However, I'm really looking for some info on a free foreclosure assistance brochure.

I've seen this somewhere on this site, but cannot find it.

What is "free foreclosure assistance"? We are buying houses, in most cases, and that prevents them from going to foreclosure...that's not the type of assistance you are talking about? What about people who make loans to folks in foreclosure, so that they can pay off their arrearages...placing a second on the property, so that it, too, can go to auction? Hmmm. Don't think that will work very well, from the investor's point of view. At any rate, can you be a little more specific about what it is that you are looking for, if it is not to buy the homes? wink Don't think this is coming off as I intend...with a little sarcasm and humor...
