Forclosure Opportunity
My wife works with a woman that is in the process of foreclosure and she is already looking for somewhere else to live. I would love to buy the house; should I talk to the bank and see if it’s a short sale opportunity? What other options are there for turning it into an opportunity?
She paid 124k less then three years ago and has struggled to make the payments.
We just learned about the opportunity today.
