What would be the best way for a beginner to learn this technique in investing? Also, what would one put on a business card/flyer, etc.? What are some pitfalls for newbies? oh oh

I would say invest first in educating yourself abour what you want to do, have set goals you want to achieve, then set about working the details.

It is not difficult to do but you have to know what it is that you are doing - or have people around you that you trust that do know what they are doing.
Invest in your knowledge and it will benefit you.

Thank you Shikely. Any suggestions on a good source of information for that education?

My wife and I purchased Carlton Sheets' program.

I bought a home and one property before his program.

After his program we bought one more and currently have another accepted offer for no money down.

Today I found another seller willing to finance, and we're waiting to go ahead with a foreclosure and a rehab.

So, CS' program has certainly paid for itself.

We've had his program for four months.

    Thanks,
