My advice is to do a search through the forums on what you want to do and accomplish and strt reading. Honestly, I gained so much knowledge from this site that it is unbelievable. The cool thing is that one post will lead to another question which will lead to another and pretty soon you will have amuch clearer idea of how things are done and how to get stuff accomplished.
Why is this post titled "Flipping Homes"? You are talking about rehabing. You can start by finding a home to purchase, that needs repairs and going from there. I like to buy at the county courthouse steps.
