There are still several lenders doing 100% financing on investment properties with stated income. And if you go 95%, there are even more of them.
In fact, with your score (depending on the rest of your financial situation) there is even a single loan 100% NOO - with no PMI. Which obviously serves to keep the rate much lower than any combo or piggyback loan.
Mcole.... What lenders will do this. I seen an advertisement on here from Ben Carmona for 100% investment. I called and left a message but got NO return call
I would also like to know who offers this..
