Financing Your Deals. Any Luck?
I am interested to know what is your experience trying to finance your deals. Would you please share your good and bad experiences with us? It would be helpful if you were to tell us if your lender does business nationwide, what is your location and your overall rating of their services. Unlike conventional financing for purchase and refi of single family residences by the owner occupant, R.E. investment financing can be a little tricky. Thanks for your input.
