Financin For Non Owner Occ
Looking for a broker who is really able to do noo, in phila or nj areas. I contacted some brokers from this site who claims they can do this, turns out they are phony. If you are able to do this or know of someone please send me a private message. My score is about 640 and can show income of about 60k. Main problem is that i have very little cash availableery little cash available.

Do a google search for hard money lenders.
Get out your yellow pages and let your fingers do the walking. It's going to take some time, but it is well worth it!
Also, get a copy of your Sunday Newspaper, there is usually a "home guide" section that has an ad for local lenders and their rates.
