Feasability of quick claim.
Hello, I currently have a short sale offer in for review. I am hedging my bets and planning on simply reinstating the mortgage with the intention of doing a quick claim deed and then refinancing so the property will be officially ours. I have an attorney advising me, but I was hoping to get some feedabck from someone who might have been in this situtaion. Thoughts, Matt
