I don’t believe they are available on line as of yet through your county but here is the link so you can keep checking:

Here is a link to your previous Bucks County question:

    Hope they help

contact the county department that handles foreclosures and ask them who the listing services are.
One good source is the lawers newspapers call local library or the american bar association and ask the names of the local legal papers.
Look in the newspapers where Foreclosed properties are listed and call the attorney's offices that are often listed and ask. someone will help you if you are diligent enough. Just keep it short and to the point but friendly (not friends).

Sorry I think I may have mis-spoke possibly even posted in the wrong forum.

I'm after the listings that get filed when the bank first starts the FC process. I wan to get into pre-FC's and short sales.

The document to which you refer is called a lis pendens.

You can visit their County Clerk's office on a daily basis to glean the most recently filed LPs. I'm not sure if Mercer is computerized.

    Thanks.

At the time, I was drawing a total blank as to what it was called. I knew that I could go there everyday--but their business hours are the same as my office.

In other words if they're open, I'm at work. If I'm not at work, they're closed.

This is why I'm hoping to find the LP's online--so that it won't matter what time I have available.
