Eviction With No Damage

Hello,
I got a house at foreclosure, from previous experience when I tried to get them out nicely they would act like they didi not know that there house was foreclosed on so had to get them evicted by going the sheriff route but they destroyed the house one there way out, is there an effective way to do it without them destroying the property or at lesst mimize that crap. I am talking about future houses.
Thanks

I don't have experience in this, but maybe you could give them a little cash once they are completely moved out and the house remains in the same condition it is in currently?

Any other ideas out there? Or pros and cons to this one?

Paying them cash or offering to rent the truck is always a good idea. The minimal cost upfront is well worth it in comparison to the repairs of a destroyed property.

Be extra nice a little firm and offer to help them get out.
