I find John T. Reed's material (books) to be well-written. His book in tax avoidance is outstanding, and the section on setting up a depreciation schedule for all that the laws allow is better than anything else I've seen. I built a worksheet that I use on all new acquisitions, based upon his clear instruction. May not quite agree with some opinions but I respect his truthfulness and counter-opinion when it comes to gurus. That isn't nec. negative.

I know people who swear by him & at him so you're going to have to form your own opinion of him & his site.

He's the publisher of a lot of real estate books,articles,and "guru reviews". I have found his material to be well written and fairly priced. I don't ever recall him mentioning that he buys/sells real estate..
Most of his attacks on most of the gurus is justified. On the other hand, I have read some "guru reviews" which I felt was completely off base.
