Does the 5-Day Auction/Sell method work?
Has anybody been successful with the 5-day semi-auction method that works like this?
You create a marking blitz to sell your house FSBO and advertise the opening bid very low.
You Create and distribute flyers and run ads with the low opening bid Price and you say that the home will be sold to the highest “acceptable bid” on Sunday night.
Then you have open house on Saturday and Sunday where buyers can inspect the property and have an open book bid sheet where buyers can make their offers, and see the other offers.

I started to use this method for a sale a couple of weeks ago. The house was priced 60% of FMV and recieved 1 call before the friday deadline. Definitly not working here in my area. (Southwest Ohio)
