Does anyone know of an investor who invests in 1mill dollar properties

I wanted to find out does anyone know of anyone that invest in 1 mill dollar property. I currently got a call from a person who owes about 860,000.00 on his house..760,000 first and a 100k second. he is behind 3 mo and his mo payment is 5,800.00. He had his property appsed at 1,409,000.00 3 mo ago...
he is wanting someone to help caught the payments up and who would be will to give he a lease purchase back...or maybe something else.... There is about
549,000.00 worth of equity and the property is a new property.... no repairs need.. Can Someone help me
