Does Anyone Have Any Experience With Submitting Offers To VA(m)
We submitted an offer on a VA owned foreclosure tonight. The asking price was 196,500, I offered 176,000. How are they at responding to offers? Can I expect to receive a quick response or can this take weeks to hear something? Any experience feedback is greatly appreciated, quinn
