    Hi rayh78,

It is always in your best interest to have a "Real Estate attorney" represent you in a real estate transaction.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Transactions, however I never complete a transaction without my trusty attorney right by my side. Because of blinded ignorance and excitement, he has saved me from problems before, and therefore it is dollars well spent. Just my opinion!

    Best of Success!
