Disfigured Property
i saw a property in the hyattsville area of maryland. the property is actually torned down needs new roof, e.t.c. the onwer asked for 60k and the property is worth 115k after about 30k repairs. but how do i sell fast after repairing and how do i get more than a 100% finanacing on this deal. help!!!!!![ Edited by funmi on Date 10/17/2003 ]
