you appear to be a strong advocate of Direct mail and have a grasp on using it successfully.... so i have a couple questions for you and the other experts.
1) do you have a preference between postcards or letters?
2) what kind of message gets the best respons- a detailed listing of things you can do for them OR a simple message you can help them with their foreclosure?
any suggestions welcom.
my response rate is horrible.
When using direct mail do not expect,but about a 1-3% rate of reply.
