Derrick or John? Marketing help please...
I'd like to create a simple marketing plan. Could you guys suggest a book (inexpensive) that will deal with issues like postcards, letters, etc? I imagine you guys have been around a while and have come across a few. 
I'd like your recommendations.
I've scoured the boards looking for information and I found good bits and pieces. I'd rather read something from beginning to end if you know what I mean.
