Dealing With Lender S And Owners

how can you deal directly with the lenders, I have had the expeirence that they do not speak with investors.

Do you find that you can deal with the lender and negotiate a discount or will lenders opt to go to auction.

What are the most common strategies you use to purchase a property. I have no trouble locating them, it is the purchase and negotiation I find difficult ofter the home owner and/or lender will not speak to me.

    It is against the law for lenders to speak to you about someone elses financial information with out written consent. Get the owner to sign a consent form giving them permition to talk to you. Fax it to ther person handling the foreclosure. The contact person's name should be on one of the numerous letters the home owner has.

    To do this you first have to get in with the home owner. Mail them a letter or knock on their door.

    How can you purchase the mortgage? All mortgages I have had were sold to other companies with in 6 months.
