Date Of E & D Recorded.
I am using the City and County of Denver's web site to look for notices of default or lis pendens.
The site has a "Date of E & D Recorded" and also "Date of First Publication" and "Date of Last Publication" etc.
My question is: is the "Date of E & D Recorded" the first notice of default, or is this something further along in the process?
Also, anyone know what E & D stands for. I'm assuming the D stands for default, but how 'bout the E?
