$170K(Successful Bid) wanted to do VA will consider buying this home in EHTrust and SELL BOTH Doublewides in EHTRust!
The sellers of the home he wants to buy are Divorced, the Wife is moving to Apt next door to home, is open to whatever can be done, and Husband has waived his homestead rights as part of decree.
All of the Properties are located in No.Carolina, near Pisgah Forest/Brevard (in Translyvania County).
The first seller is willing to the EHTrust and Lease both Double-wide
homes.
I am working on a deal with the Wife who is selling her home from the divorce to arrange the Equity Holding Trust terms.
