When looking for forclosures in the court house records what exactly is we are looking (name of the first doc. filed). I have a brain fart and can't remember. Thanks Terry

    I'm assuming that these are found in the Prothonotary's office

    You will find these in the tax assessors office.

    or the county courthouse registry of deeds, or whereever deeds, mortgages and notes are filed for real property
