as far as shortsales go, they are the worst to deal with. they have about a 15 page packet which they want you to fill out completely before negotiating with you. i dont know if your talking about loans, foreclosures or shorts? but my experience with them is not good. they also take forever because they are such a big company.
I was talking about foreclosure and how they were to deal with on that. do they like to buy back the house and try and sell that way or will they let it go if they get close to there money?

Unlike several other we have dealt with both Bank lenders and brokers.
The last thing ou neesd is your lensder dragging their feet.
