Contract For Deed
Church bought home for Pastor/Now facing foreclosure/Church hs agreed to let him buy/Pastor wants to ref/because he has no money for Dwnpymnt or CC/home payoff $415K/appraise for $805K/willing to do a Contract for Deed/Owner Financing/
What will be the issue with Pastor being added to Title/or what will be the options for him to Refi and how long will he need to wait? and how and will this stop the foreclosure sale?
We need some help here we only have abt 4 weeks!!! any advice will be greatly appreciated.....
