completely new to foreclosures

Hello everyone!! I am interested in investing in forclosures and would totally love it if anyone could point me in the right direction of where to start. I have never invested in anything, don't have a whole lot of money to begin but am dedicated to learning as quickly as I can.

Try finding someone in your area to mentor you. Look for local investment groups.

Foreclosures are not a place to start out by yourself. Too many chances to make a serious mistake.

I agree, being new to real estate intesting and attempting to purchase a forclosuer can be a might tricky. Most forclosures require a lot of rehabing in order to resale or rent it out. Unless you have extra money pay for all of this or are good with your hands, then be careful. You can surely do anything that you put your mind to. It might just be easier to start out with something that is not going to eat up a lot of you time and money.
