does anybody have good sources or info on apartment bldg insurance? i have a six family unit building in paterson nj and paying approx $5500 per year. trying to lower my expenses.
Check with your local group for referral to an Agent that is at worst, familiar with REI, and at best, invests themselves. If no luck there, check the web for "Apartment building insurance, New Jersey", and go at it. Never hurts to ask the prior owner or other owners you may know. Zurich is a company that may help you, may want to search for them as well.
