Cincinnati NOD Question
I spent the better part of today running all over the court and county buildings looking for the right department to get a NOD list. No one seemed to know what I was talking about. The Sheriff sent me to the recorder, the recorder sent me to the clerk of courts, the clerk said that he didn't know what a Notice of Default was, but I could feel free to search the thousands of files for the information I was looking for. Are ther any Cinci investors that an lead me in the right direction? Please...
