When I am looking at the property appraisers web sites in FL, what situation usually creates a Certificate of Title - vs a Warranty Deed, Quick Claim Deed, Tax Deed, etc.

    Certificate of Title comes from the foreclosure process, the house having been sold at auction and the winning bidder gets a CT.
