hello, I am new to this forum and web site so forgive me if I make any foolish mistakes. I have been approached to offer individuals whose home is in forclosure by the bank a financing alternative called "certificate for deed". I would be very grateful if anyone could help me read up on the subject so I can learn more details about this product. This alternative is being offered in the state of Minnesota.
