Capter 13
I never delt with people in BK while working preforeclosures, but I found a deal that I would like to make work if I can so any advise is appreciated.The owners house was scheduled to be sold today at the courthouse, but he filed chapter 13 at the last minute. The sale is now postponed until the 24th of this month and he is willing to sell to me subject to if I help him move.I live in NV incase the laws very.
