canadian foreclosures
Anybody out there know of a good website in Canada that is similar to this one, regarding RE? My focus is mainly on tax liens and foreclosures, but things are a bit different up here. There is a lot of great advice however! Any help is appreciated...

My apologies for not answering your question. I dont think there is a site like this for canada. But to let you know the market up there for foreclosures are excellant. Also most of the information here would apply to canadian properties except the legalities. A lot of the mortgages for canada are held by american companies with satelite offices located in canada.
