Canadian Court Houses
Ok guys, I went today to the court house for my district, and I spoke with the person in charge of real estate and related fields.
The lady told me that the court house does not sell property on a regular basis. She said that once or twice a year, the court house will hold an auction and that is only for 1 maybe 2 properties.
If they do get any properties, (which they don't) they put them in the news paper at a fair market value. If it doesn't sell, then they have the auction, and they also won't sell it their either unless they get a fair market value.
Where are you from? I wonder how we can get the banks listings ONLY when they go on mls.

the banks won't tell me anything, they just told me that their properties are handed over to real estate agents.
Sux.
I am running out of ideas where to look for good deals.
