Can You Flip A Preforeclosure Deal

independentchic00 profile photo

I have a list of forclosure coming in to me daily with and soo many of the houses have tons of equity. I don't have much money to take over the payments and my credit is not good to get enough to get a loan. So i was wondering can i get some of these pre-forclosrue deals under contract and then flip to another investor.
Someone please respond. Thanx

Get property under contract then assign to another investor. Hopefully you have a buyer's list prepared. Feel free to do bird dogging as well if you want less of hassle or if you don't feel comfortable with the paperwork. Check out the beginners forum it will give you a lot of the information you desire.

Absolutely! You can definitely flip pre-foreclosure deals... You want to be sure you have buyers who are in a position to purchase them from you fast!!

    Good Luck!

    Hello,
I am new to this. You mentioned that you have a list coming to you daily. How does one go about doing that in their area? Your help is much appreciated.

    Thanks
    D.
